West Kowloon Cultural District, Hong Kong

“Imagine, sitting on a rocking ferry crossing the busy waters of Victoria Harbour from Central, Hong Kong to Tsim Tsa Tsui, Kowloon and looking to the left you soon see a stretch of reclaimed land and a red sign reading ‘West Kowloon Cultural District’. The backdrop of this site is the tallest building in the city, the ICC Tower. The site includes various buildings and the jungle of construction mess, which will become   the future MTR and fast train rail to China. Perhaps the site is not the most picturesque site in Hong Kong now but the local Hong Kong people wait patiently for the site to be completed and assist the enhancement of the city’s prosperity.”
